Calculation and display of current average speed every
2 seconds.
• Calculation, storage and display of average
speed every 10 minutes.
• Calculation, storage and display of maximum
and minimum speeds for every 10 minute period.
The user can select the integrating interval for this
calculation, from 2 to 30 seconds.
• Standard Deviation functions
calculate and store true standard deviation, in accordance
with the IEC 61.400-12 Standard for wind turbine power
performance calculation. In addition to the standard
deviation of the 10-minute interval, another standard
deviation is calculated every 30 seconds, and averaged
every 10 minutes.
• Calculation, display and recording of the average
power for the last 2 seconds, by on-line
interpolation of the wind-turbine power output
curve selected.
• Calculation, display and recording of energy
production for every 10-minute period, by on-line
calculation of the integral of the turbine
power output curve.

• The present
temperature is displayed and stored every
10 minutes.
• Current battery voltage is displayed and recorded
at every storage cycle.
• 3 general-purpose external analogue inputs are
displayed and recorded. |

• Status -
Informs the user of any alarms that may have occurred.
• Mode - Lets the user exchange
the EEPROM Memory Card, download data to a PC, or stop
storing.
• Days Recording - Displays the
number of days remaining with the current memory available.
• Number of Chips - Indicates the
number of chips that have stored data from the present
recording cycle. (There are 4 on each memory card supplied). |

• Sensors -
Number and types of sensor incorporated. The EOL2020 makes
calculations for each sensor and optimises memory required.
• Integration - During every 10-minute
period, the average wind speed is constantly calculated,
applying an integration period selected by the user, the
maximum and minimum speeds during these measured intervals
are then selected.
• Anemometer 1 offset - The offset
value used for display functions and energy integration
of the machine. When calibration data are available for
any sensor, these should be included in the PC download
program.
• Percentage - This is the estimated
relative speed increment, from the anemometer 1 height
to the height where the hub machine will be located.
• Area/Location/Target - These
are 2-digit user selectable codes to identify every meteorological
mast. |
